Our Mission:
Welcome to the Bassett's Hilton Head Beach Villa site. We have chosen to rent our Villa through less formal channels to avoid the larger platforms that have caused owner to client pricing to skyrocket. We rent by word of mouth and on social media to friends, family, referrals and prior rental clients.
Our goal is to provide a great vacation value to our clients, well below market value. In return, we hope to maintain simple rental relationships with people who respect the property and return often to share in the enjoyment of our Seascape Villa.
About Seascapes:
Seascape Villas are located directly across from the beach at 42 South Forest Beach Drive. An easy walk to Hilton Head's most popular beach, located close to shops, restaurants and bars. Seascape features naturally landscaped grounds with walking trails, lagoons and two swimming pools – the closest pool is about 200 feet from the back deck. Seascapes also provides a private Beach Cabana located on the ocean for the exclusive use of Seascape owners and guests. The cabana includes an outdoor spigot and access controlled, clean and safe separate male and female restrooms so you don’t have to search for bathrooms while enjoying your time on the beach.
About The Property:
Our renovated Villa is a 1600 sq. ft. townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Separated across 3 levels, the townhouse provides ample space for family and friends to enjoy time together yet enough separation for private time.
The first floor features a well appointed kitchen with granite countertops and modern appliances with all the gadgets you will need to cook and entertain. Separate living and dining spaces provide room for guests to dine and sit with each other and enjoy each other's company. The Living Room features a queen sleeper sofa, a love seat and 2 chairs. TV and Internet access are provided so you can stay connected with things while on vacation.
The second floor features 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Bedroom #1 overlooks the pool and features a California King bed. Bedroom #2 features a queen over queen bunk bed and a single over single bunk bed.
The third floor features the Primary bedroom with a king bed and a private covered balcony overlooking the pool and lagoon, to enjoy your coffee privately in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.
The Villa has a large deck overlooking the near by pool with a gas grill for meals that you wish to cook at home during your stay. Table seating with and umbrella are available to enjoy your meals or drinks after returning from the beach.

- Beach wagon to haul beach chairs, coolers, etc.
- 6 Backpack Style Beach Chairs are available
- Boogie boards and other beach toys
- Portable Crib is available

Location and Proximity:
Seascapes is conveniently located on South Forest Beach Drive along the beach between Coligny Plaza and the back gate of Sea Pines Plantation with easy access to onsite bike trails, restaurants, entertainment, South Beach Marina, Salty Dog, Harbor Town, Beach Club, tennis, and several golf courses just a short bike ride away. There is also plenty to do with a short car ride including mini-golf, shopping and other attractions.

Payment Terms:
$350 due at time of booking and remainder due 45 days prior to rental
Refundable Damage Deposit: $250 Damage Deposit due with final payment

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation will result in loss of all rent paid through time of cancellation. No refund will be given for no-shows, late arrivals or early departures. As our goal is to create lifelong clients who will return to enjoy our home again in the future, we will do our best to work with people in the event of a cancellation. In cases where we are able to fill a cancellation, we may be able to minimize the loss by refunding a portion of the charges depending on replacement funds collected.
